LA County Arboretum & Botanic Garden
In the heart of the historic Rancho Santa Anita, The Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden is a unique 127 acre botanical garden and historical site jointly operated by the Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation and the LA County Department of Parks and Recreation and located in the city of Arcadia. Home to plant collections from all over the world, including many rare and endangered species.

A private, nonprofit institution, The Huntington was founded in 1919 by Henry E. Huntington, an exceptional businessman who built a financial empire that included railroad companies, utilities, and real estate holdings in Southern California.

Pasadena Philharmonic Society
The Pasadena Philharmonic Society presented the first performance of the Pasadena Philharmonic Orchestra in the fall of 1982. Enthusiasm for a symphony in the area was demonstrated by the number of high caliber musicians who came to play, the standing ovations received, and the critical funding provided by the City of Pasadena.
